Charter yachts have fully functional bathrooms. On smaller yachts the bathroom is only a small room with a toilet and sink, which when closed completely becomes a shower cabin. On larger yachts we usually have a more classic shower cabin, and the bathrooms themselves are larger. There is also a separate sink available, which can be used comfortably.
What should you keep in mind when using the bathroom on a yacht?
- The amount of water we have available is limited. Use it wisely and keep an eye on its use.
- Regardless of the type of bathroom, the shower is equipped with a water pump that collects in the shower tray.
- After each use of the shower, the collected water must be pumped out - this is done by activating the pump with the appropriate button. Some yachts are equipped with pumps that switch on automatically.
