For what purpose and on what basis we process your personal data?
We process your personal data:
- based on the necessity of processing for the conclusion and performance of the contract and based on your consent:
- in order to conclude and execute the charter agreement,
- to conclude insurance contracts,
- to ensure an efficient yacht charter process,
- in order to provide registration information to the authorities of the countries in which the charter is carried out,
- to verify eligibility for chartered yachts,
- based on the legal obligation of the administrator:
- to comply with tax obligations incumbent on the administrator
- based on the need to process data for the legitimate interest of the administrator:
- for direct marketing of our products, including for analytical and profiling purposes,
- to seek possible claims related to the concluded charter contract
Who can be the recipient of your personal data?
Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing them on our behalf, including charter operators, insurers, IT service providers, processing entities for debt collection purposes, marketing agencies - these entities will process data on the basis of the contract concluded with us and only to the extent to which the instructions will be given to them. Due to the fact that we provide services all over the world, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to the extent necessary to execute your charter contract, including those countries that were not recognized by the European Commission as providing an appropriate degree protection of personal data.
How long will we store your personal information?
Your personal data will be kept until the claims under the charter agreement are time-barred or until the obligation to store personal data resulting from the law, including the obligation to keep accounting documents regarding the contract, expires.
We will cease to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling and for analytical purposes, when you object to processing in this area.
What are your rights to process your personal data?
You can always ask us to access your personal data. You can also use the right to request the rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing:
- In the scope in which we process your data based on the legitimate interest of the administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data
- to the extent to which we process personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing we have made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- about the extent to which we process personal data for the purpose of entering into and executing a contract or on the basis of consent - you also have the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive from us your personal data, in a structured, commonly used format readable by machine, e.g. in CSV, XML format; you can send this data to another personal data administrator.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.

How do we process your personal data?
In connection with the processing of personal data provided by you, operations relating to your person will be taken where possible in an automated manner. In the case of such operations, you have the right to challenge them, to express your own position or to obtain the intervention of our employee in this respect.
Is the provision of personal data mandatory?
Providing personal data by you is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the charter contract and for the purposes of the aforementioned derivatives. Providing personal data by you is also necessary for the preparation of travel insurance policies and for derivative purposes.
Without entering personal data, it is not possible to conclude and execute a charter contract.
